Halloween

This was Ava and William's first Halloween in the States. It was SO nice to have warm weather for trick-or-treating. We carved our pumpkins, did lots of trick or treating, ate too much sugar, and watched movies.

Grandma bought Ethan and Ava their costumes and they got to pick them out online months ago. When Ava got hers in the mail, she was jumping up and down and wore it the rest of the day. She even had to sleep with it next to her the 1st night. When she woke up for school the next day, she wanted to wear it to school too. She got too many compliments and inquiries about where we got it from.

William already had two costumes, I was hoping he would wear the dragon one. It was SO cute, green and purple, he was so puffy and fat in it, and the tail and feet were too funny. He wore it for a few weeks when Ava dressed up as a princess and roared around the house chasing her. I think he figured it was a little too warm for Florida though. He wanted to be Batman just like his big brother. Go figure! Ethan got to wear his costume to his karate class last Thursday, and really got into it. Even his teacher was dressed as a ninja with a sword. Ethan had to wear the mask, gloves, and everything for the entire class. When I took off the mask I found a sweaty little boy with a big smile on his face.

How cute are they! Bailee was looking at your blog with me and she was loving Ava's costume! I'm glad you had a good Halloween.
